Private and detached family mansion tastefully decorated to a high standard. Only 15 minutes walk from Soller centre, this privileged house offers stunning views over the Tramuntana Mountains. The pool at 'Sa Finqueta' is chemical free; it uses saline water and is secluded with a fence which makes it safe for small children. The lovely garden and outdoor space offers many sitting areas for you to enjoy the sun. Relax contemplating the beautiful sunset or al fresco barbecue dinning while watching the children play in the garden. This is an airy and spacious home with air conditioning and heating for the winter months. This nicely furnished home has a stylish sitting room with satellite TV, DVD and radio, a well equipped modern kitchen with TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 large double bedrooms with TV, one twin room for kids, and a laundry room. ‘Sa Finqueta’ is set in a tranquil spot yet right in the heart of Soller. The beach at Es Port is only a 10 minutes drive. Parking for two cars available.

Palma, and the beaches to the south and north are easily accessible by motorway and Port Soller, only minutes away by tram is itself a charming and unpretentious beach resort. The town’s narrow streets, lined by French-influenced nineteenth-century stone houses open up to the crowded cafes of the main square. Soller is well known for its Art Nouveau architecture and greater variety of shops and its food market. 20 minutes by car will bring you to Deia and further along to Valdemossa. Palma itself is a picturesque train ride away or a 45 minute car journey.
