6BR/3BA open air living area with balcony view to pool and beach

The property consists of 1,980 square meters on the beautiful warm waters and black sand beach of San Marcelino.

As you enter the gate, you instantly notice the view of the beach through the large, open, and covered living area. This is a great open air area for relaxing on a hammock after a good swim, reading a good book on a relaxing chair, or having a fresh meal on the large dinner table.

There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the base floor and another 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on second floor. The balcony provides a beautiful view of the beach landscape. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves crashing to shore. Or my personal favorite, gazing at the magnificent branches of lightning which dance under the clouds of a stormy tropical night.

The lighted pool is a great place for cooling down in the warm tropical sun, or under the moonlight and shimmering stars. There are 2 dressing rooms and an outdoor shower conveniently nearby.

The side of the property is lined from the front to the rear by a lush lawn of thick and fluffy green grass lined with coconut trees. A great place for a picnic or running around with the kids. And those coconuts have the most refreshing and delicious coconut water on the planet. Try 'em.

From the back fence its just a few steps to the warm salty spray of waves crashing on the beach. If you are looking for your own beach to surf away from crowded tourist spots then this is the perfect beach for you and your family or friends

Located only 25 minutes from the Airport near tourist attractions of all kinds.
