Casa Margherita is divided into two apartments - Salvia and Oliva and a room-Lavanda. Oliva has a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a very colourful bathroom and a balcony with a marvelous view of the neighbouring hills, the sea and Grožnjan. The small apartment Salvia has a kitchenette, a living room, a double bedroom and a nice bathroom with a bath, all in red. From Salvia you step on to the terrace, which is all in greenery and calm. From Salvia you can enter the room Lavanda. Lavanda has a double room, living room, bathroom and a terrace. Both Salvia and Lavanda are situated on the ground floor where there is also a common place that we call the ‘Taverna’. Here there’s a kitchen with a professional oven, a big fireplace, two toilets. The Taverna has its own balcony. The house is surrounded by a large garden full of aromatic herbs and flowers and has a pool.

Peroj is a small village with a few houses. It is a quiet place on the hill just 800m from Grožnjan, the city of artists and music. Grožnjan is well known all over the world for its charm, for the jazz festival and more then 40 art galleries. Peroj is near all the centers you want to visit, like Pore?, Rovinj, Pula....you can reach them all in one day thank to the motor-way road. All around there is greenery, woods rich of local fruit and products like truffles, asparagus in April, olive grooves, grapes....This is the place where you can really have a rich and calm holiday getting to know Istria, its culture, enogastronomy, unspoiled nature and visit lot of events that this region organizes and offers.Our family can organize for you culinary days, trips to wine cellars, olive productions and lot of things that will make your stay unforgettable.
