We are in Almont, where you can walk to almost any activity. Hiking, four-wheeling, biking (motorized or not), snowmobiling, fishing, rafting and restaurants are all the activities within a few steps out the door. With the peace and solitude of an enclosed, private yard and a large yet very cozy log cabin, a day is complete for all ages. The warmth of a fireplace in the evening, a large screen TV with hundreds of DVD’s and CD’s are available for your enjoyment. An outside fire pit makes for a great outdoor experience in any season along with a stint in the hot tub with your favorite beverage. Winters are particularly special. We have a private ice skating rink, and nearby Gunnison has it’s own indoor rink as well as outside skating area. Skiing and snowboarding go without question. Crested Butte is just minutes away and the Monarch Ski Area is less than an hour. Of course, snowmobiling is all around and a multitude of trails within easy access. For all around convenience, this is a destination resort to please a multitude of vacation desires. We look forward to customizing your stay to make your time in the mountains most enjoyable.
