Plenty of area to relax in private living room, family recreation room or comfortable seating area in kitchen. One wood burning fireplace, one gas fireplace. Spacious screened porch looks out onto wooded, private yard. Large mudroom with plenty of storage. Large, clean two car garage. Deck with BBQ. Boat and swimming access to Mirror Lake. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

One mile from village of Lake Placid. Quiet wooded lot. Attached garage. Family rec room with TV and ping-pong table. Steam shower in master bath. Lake access to Mirror Lake (for swimming and boating).
