Rental Rates for this vacation chalet rental in Anzere, Switzerland

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Swiss Franc) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Rentals run from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
  Arrival & Departure - Details of Key collection will be explained in the final confirmation letter.
  This is sent out to you once we have received your ‘Balance-Cheque’ & ‘Security-Cheque’.
• Linen:
  This is available, on request if required, & is supplied at no extra cost.
  (It includes towels, sheets, duvet-covers, pillowcases, drying-up-cloths, & bathmats).
  Please confirm if you wish to bring your own Linen.
  Duvets & blankets are provided.
  
  Cleaning:
  The chalet will be clean & checked over before you arrive.
  You are requested to leave it in the same condition when you depart.
• 1) Booking:
  To book, a 50% deposit is required. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit is non-refundable.
  
  2) Booking Confirmation:
  Once you receive the confirmation notice you have seven days from date of issue to inform us of any discrepancies in details.
  
  3) Final Payment & Security-Deposit:
  The balance & security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  If the balance is not received by that time, the week will be put back onto the available list. If somebody else then subsequently takes the week your non-refundable deposit can be used to confirm another available week. If you choose not to take another week you forfeit your deposit.
  
  4) Cancelations:
  If you are prevented from travelling to Anzère, you may transfer your booking to another person, if this is an option, as long as you give us 21 days notice, & the booking remains exactly the same. You must also agree to pay any additional administration charges if they arise.
