Fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse featuring marble floors, and granite counter tops. This unit has three complete bedrooms each designed with magnificent decorator touches, and their own cable TVs. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 half bath downstairs. The kitchen is a gourmet delight, with a full range of appliances. We have two attached private patios each with tables and seating; even a granite bar in the rear. The living room is furnished with decorator decor and offers an entertainment center, cable TV, DVD player, and a supply of DVDs for guests to use. If you are an avid tennis player there are courts, if you enjoy swimming there are multiple pools, and if you like to shop; then you are in the right spot! Located 1.7 miles down the street is El Paseo; one of the best shopping streets in all of California the desert’s answer to Rodeo Drive. Whether this is a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or just a romantic trip; this is the perfect spot!

Location, location, location! And let's not forget the size! It can accommodate my entire family. It has great updates. When I go for morning walks I enjoy all the nearby mountain views, the complex abuts large and beautiful mountains.
It is located close to one of the most premier shopping and dining streets, El Paseo. It is also near the fabulous Living Desert.
We stayed for February and half of March. Great central location for hiking,golfing,shopping,and happy hours at a variety of resturants. The pool and tennis courts were 2 minutes from our door. The courts had lights so we could play at night. The condo had everything you needed, and was very comfortable. Great vacation! Would highly recomend it. The Hancocks
I stayed here with my grown daughter and two female friends and would highly recommend it! All the photos are accurate and up-to-date, and the descriptions of amenities are completely reliable. The only missing photo is that of the other patio off the kitchen/dining area, which has very nice outdoor dining furniture and a pretty mosaic art piece hanging on the wall. The property is in a very well-maintained development with plenty of pools, and the tennis courts are just down the street a little. Our sleeping accomodations were VERY comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness and decor of the unit. It was quiet, and everything was in complete working order, from the air conditioning to the dishwasher, etc. All that said, one of the best things about the unit was the location, just as the owner states. The El Paseo shopping close by is fabulous. I would definitely rent here again!!
