What a Gem

We have been to Ibiza many times, and wish we had had found this little gem earlier. Sounding like a stuck record I agree with the others reviewers that it is a little home from home. Steve who welcomed us certainly gives a warm welcome. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed for a totally relaxing holiday. Out sightseeing in the morning, Ibiza town, Cala Vedella etc, back for a snooze by the pool, then a nice gentle stroll into Santa Eulallia in the evening. What more could you wish for. We will definitely back. Thank you Harvey & Steve. Thank you Dave & Kath.

Lovely fully equipped quiet appartment

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing time in our home from home in Ibiza.The apartment is very clean,comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and trouble free.There are even DVDs and childrens activity stuff should you be unlucky and have a dull day.
The area is very safe and the people friendly.All amenities are with in walking
distance.There are lots of cafes and restaurants available all serving delicious food for varying budgets.

This lovely apartment is just like a home from home.It is very well equipped,and has everything that is needed to make for a comfortable holiday.The owners have thought of everything.The pool and gardens are delightful,and well looked after by Joe who is also a helpful source of info.The area is quiet and within walking distance to all amenities,no need to drive!.Lots of great bars and restaurants with good value for money meals.I would recommend this to family and friends,and will come back again soon.

Spectacular

We have just returned from our first visit to the lovely island of Ibiza, this really is a fabulous property, and location. The apartment is located in Siesta, which is a very peaceful friendly area. The property was a real home from home, with great facilities, and lots of lovely touches, fab books, toys, DVDs, kitchen, cutlery, washing machine , sun lounger cushions, towels both beach and bath, bedding . The owners have really put thought into this accommodation and have added numerous little touches to make our stay very enjoyable.
The terrace is great for outdoor dining and just looking out onto the gardens and the pool and we used it day and night.
The pool and gardens were well cared for and truly beautiful the gardener Joe is very friendly and speaks good English plus many other Languages. As pool owners ourselves, we are quite fussy about the clearness of pools and we could not fault it.
The apartment is located in the quiet village of Siesta, which harbours many bars and restaurants and few shops including a chemist and well stocked supermarket. Santa Eularia, is only about a 5 minute walk away which is a very pleasurable stroll across the river and along the promenade. Santa Eularia is a bustling town and has a long promenade next to the sea, which is lined by a number of reasonably priced snack-bars/restaurants.
We enjoyed walking around the area and there are some stunning coastal walks with views that take your breath away.
This is truly a place that caters for most and if you are looking for a place to chill and recharge your batteries whilst enjoying Sun Sea and good food this is the place for you.
We will definitely be going back soon.

Wedding week

We stayed for our sons wedding at the beach club nearby. A wonderful quiet place near all the local facilities which are only a short walk away a shop and places to eat are just across the road.
The veranda was great for our meals and the apartment was clean and well presented.
We had a very enjoyable time not just because of the wedding but finding this gem of a place to stay, hope to get back in 2014.

It is only a 3 minute walk to the mouth of the river dividing Siesta and Santa Eulalia, and to the famous sandy beaches beyond. A short 10 minute promenade stroll leads to St. Eulalia town centre with its many amenities, restaurants, cafés and bars.

A small ferry service is also available from St. Eulalia marina to several small beaches and Ibiza town.

Within 50 yards of the apartment there are 2 café bars, an excellent small supermarket and car hire if needed. A variety of restaurants are nearby.
