Why Paul Evans chose Balboa Island

This house is our home. My wife and I rent it to families during the summer months and we travel to visit family members or places that we've always wanted to go. The house is not a vanilla rental, it is a complete house that many have used as their 'home-away-from'home' for a week or more in the summer. We have many repeat guests and they all express their liking of the property, the location, and the amenities.

What makes this house unique

Just a block form the commercial street (Marine Avenue) on Balboa Island, it is convenient to shops, restaurants, coffee, and local grocery. Just across the bridge is a strip mall that has a drug store, large supermarket and other stores including a dry cleaner/laundry. In the immediate area are boat and SUP rentals as well as the Balboa Ferry to the Fun Zone and the blue Pacific, but a great bay beach is just 60 steps from the front door.

All-in-all, it is a great place for your family to build vacation memories!
