We enjoy using our 3 holiday properties to the full as we keep them to a very high standard. We have two in St Ives and another in the South of France. All needs thought of!

The location of this property was fabulous with light flooding in from all sides. The owner is particularly helpful and always responds to any queries straight away.

My husband likes to cook and was thrilled with all the appliances which were of a very high standard.

Attention had been paid to the finer details and we enjoyed the original artwork on the walls.

Great in a two bedroomed property to have two bathrooms.

We would definitely recommend people stay here.

We ate breakfast and supper at the Porthmeor Cafe and enjoyed both experiences.

We hopped on a bus to Zennor and did the coastal path back. An exhilirating and quite tough walk but good fun.

Thoroughly gorgeous!

I cannot recommend this property and the owners enough. Ian and Caroline have provided the most excellent customer service. The apartment matched the description, if anything it was even better. The layout is perfect and the views are stunning. Personally, I prefer to look over the town towards Smeaton's Pier rather than over Porthmeor (Surfs Up apartment) so this was the ideal choice for me. We adore St Ives, its restaurants, its walks, its beautiful streets and we could not have found a better base from which to enjoy every minute. Thank you very much, Ian and Caroline.

Lovely relaxing visit

We had wanted somewhere really nice to stay in St Ives to celebrate my 50th birthday. And we found it in Surf's Up. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable and we loved all the pictures and extra touches in the kitchen.

It was a great time of year to visit St Ives, as hardly anybody else there! And the apartment is a great location for both coastal walks and exploring St Ives. We hope to return and maybe stay in Wave 5 to get the views in the other direction.

We loved St Ives with all its little streets and art galleries, huge empty beaches, and endless photo opportunities!

Perfect Holiday Apartment

Having stayed in 'Surf's Up' many times 'Wave 5' needed to be as excellent as 'Surfs Up' had been!! It was!!! It was perfect. The views are fantastic, the accommodation is luxury. The location is perfect to suit all types of holiday's. I would recommend this apartment time and time again. We will be staying here hopefully very soon!!!

I came to st ives with some friends, having previously only been for New Year (also amazing). The apartment is very well equipped (spice rack, music system, blu-ray) and very modern with white and chrome furnishings. The views are also fantastic from every room, and the use of the garage saved us loads! I will most definitely be re-booking for next year! Thank you

Wave 5 is in the heart of St Ives a lovely historic Cornish fishing village with a maze of cobbled streets jumbled with restaurants, galleries, pubs and clubs. Its many attractions are activities such as swimming, surfing, body boarding, walking, tennis, horse riding, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. Take the scenic train journey to Carbis bay beach or all the way to St Erth and back. St Ives has a history in the pilchard trade and during the season there is an opportunity to join 'Shanty Baba', to hear some of the local tales. Food is on offer in restaurants, cafes and pubs offering fresh locally caught fish. Entertainment in the summer can be found at the open air theatre not too far away. Other attractions near by are the Eden Project, Flambards and the gardens at Helygon close to the Helford River. Refundable damage deposit £100.00
A deposit of £100 per week is required to book the property with the balance and £100 damage deposit due 8 weeks before the holiday starts. We recommend that holiday cancelation insurance is taken out at the time of booking.
'QUOTABLE RATES' have been introduced by home away, please note that if the rate quoted for short breaks is higher than the weekly rate, the weekly rate will apply.
Notes Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, Minimum 3 night breaks available out season in the periods shown.(Saturday change overs are not currently available).
Clients are recommended to take out insurance to cover cancellation at the time of booking the apartment.
