Luxury Villa, located in Cala Esmeralda with direct access to a little private boatdeck. In-out swiming pool and terrace with incredible views over the Cala and the sea. In the ground floor are 4 of suites, with fully equipped kitchen, leaving and dinning room. All of them distributed around a central courtyard where the 'inner' part of the pool is located. On the other side, facing towards the sea, is the terrace, and the summer dinning area for 14 people by the outer part of the pool. Under it you can find the garden and the entrance to the 5th suite which gives it extra intimacy. Following the palm trees you can find the way to the sea and to the PRIVATE boatdeck and the solarium. Occupying the entire top floor we find the main suite with its own studio both with an exceptional view of the sea. It also has its own dressing room and bathroom. The villa is located in a calm residential area just 10 minutes walking distance to Cala d'Or town centre.
