1st Class in Every Way! Best Place to Stay on the West Side of Maui!

My family was simply blown away by this condo. The accommodations were perfect in every way. As others have mentioned, the beautiful pictures really do not do the place justice. The unit is much more impressive in person. The views are of course stunning, but what is not quite as obvious is that the craftsmanship of the home is top notch, the furniture is comfortable, the home is fully stocked with every amenity you could ask for and the location could not be any more convenient...literally steps from the beach, pool and jacuzzi...walking distance to restaurants and shops...and a very short drive to many other beaches such as Napili and activities such as the Kapalua Ziplines.

This was our fourth trip to Maui. On previous trips we have stayed at both the Grand Wailea and the Honua Kai...both beautiful properties...but this unit was superior in every way. We hope to stay here again on our future trips back to Maui.

Brian (the owner) is a pleasure to work with. We arrived on an early morning flight and he allowed us to check in early. He actually met us personally at the unit and showed us where everything was located. He even gave us a very nice a welcome gift.

This is the perfect condo for a perfect vacation on Maui. You will not be disappointed.

AWESOME Condo

Great condo right on Maui's Baby beach. We had three couples and it was perfect. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was great to deal with all through the reservation process, stay and departure. Very clean and well appointed and within walking distance to restaurants and shops in downtown Lahaina. We couldn't stayed in a better place. When we return to Maui we would stay here again. We loved it. If you stay here you have to have breakfast at the 'Aloha Mixed Plate' and show up hungry :-)

Perfect rental for families

This rental was perfect, couldn't have asked for any better. First off the location is great with walking distance to Lahaina shopping and dining but far enough away to be private. Rental is very clean and well appointed. The owner is very accomodating and helpful. The beach is just steps away where a shallow reef resides. This is perfect for children so they can experience snorkeling while being able to touch the bottom. The reef area is also very protected so no big waves, but are close if that is what you want. And the view from all areas of the rental are spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We will return!

When we first walked into the condo for our 3 week stay, we were immediately drawn to the view -- wow! Oceanfront, walls full of windows, high ceilings, the sounds of waves crashing, nice ocean breezes and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for basic meals and all of the appliances worked. The AC, when needed, kept the entire condo comfortable. The master suite has its own AC controls. Whoever sleeps in the loft has to deal with any noise or lights on downstairs, but with our group it wasn't a problem to coordinate our sleeping and waking hours. Every bedroom and living room has a ceiling fan, beds were really comfortable, plenty of closets and dressers.

Baby beach is literally steps away and when the tide is out, there is plenty of beach. When the tide was in we snorkeled out there and saw enough fish to keep us happy and even a sea turtle. It's such a nice shallow, protected area that it's perfect for kids and great for adults who don't need a big challenge in the water (that would be us). Expect to hear kids laughing and playing at the beach when you're inside with the doors open, which wasn't annoying to our ears. I was bothered one day by someone playing their boombox very loudly, but that was 1 day out of 21. Beautiful sunsets are also easy to see with a 1 min. walk to the beach. Lanai is literally opposite you and the sunrise shining on the clouds that hover over its mountains is also beautiful.

A 5 minute walk gets you right into Lahaina on the main drag, altho sometimes it was too hot and we drove. Convenient parking can be found behind businesses on Front St. for a fee when the free 3-hour parking on the street is gone.

We had a very minor problem while there (t. paper holder came off the wall) and I contacted the owner who was extremely prompt in responding even tho he was off the island at the time. The property manager was also very attentive and helpful.

We just loved our stay and plan to return one day with more family in tow.

We had an outstanding stay and were totally satisfied with the unit. Our jaws were on the floor when we arrived as the place was perfect in every way. The kitchen was fully equipped and delivered some wonderful meals and frozen beverages. Everything was comfortable and the location was excellent, walking distance from everything you could need. The complex managers run a tight ship and don't put up with too much riff raff. We were able to have plenty of fun, but we were asked to keep it in our unit, on the beach, or in town. The pool hours are somewhat restricted, but it really wasn't a problem (closed by 9:00pm). There is decent snorkeling right off the beach and we saw whales daily from the balcony.

Christmas in paradise!

My family and I recently stayed here for Christmas. We felt so spoiled with the view and the home. The pictures don't fully describe what an amazing home this is. Beth and Brian have gone above and beyond to make sure guests are not only comfortable but also knowledgeable about fun things to do and great places to eat. It was truly a vacation of a life time and we cannot wait to go back!!! Plus our children are already asking to spend Christmas there again! Ages- 21, 19, and 17- Thanks again Brian and Beth!!
