4 Bedroom Luxury Condominium On The Ski Slopes Of Beaver Creek

This is one of only a few truly luxurious four bedroom condominiums in the Resort. Over 3000 square feet of living on one level with private elevator access. Beautifully remodeled and nicely appointed with the finest quality linens, lovely art, and comfortable furniture. Watch your children and friends ski from your living room and ski directly in and out of the lodge. Place your skis in your private ski locker at the end of the day. Enjoy the hot tubs and roaring fire in the Lodge, or even the 25 meter pool that is heated year round. For dinner we can recommend a private chef or a number of fine restaurants in the village. We request a 5 night minimum stay and require a 7 night minimum during the peak times of Christmas and Spring Break. Our rates are on VRBO and our Calendar is always up to date. Please check these prior to your inquiry.
About Candace Palmer

Coral Gables, Florida is our primary residence, and we spend our summers in Beaver Creek. We have owned in Beaver Creek for many years, and this year we decided to sell our previous home and buy in McCoy Peak Lodge. We are avid golfers but have given up skiing so we are making our home available to others to enjoy in the winter.

It is difficult to find luxury living that is all on one level in Beaver Creek. When our Broker showed us this property we knew instantly that it was the ideal property for us.

What makes this condo unique

Having had several other homes in Beaver Creek we knew this was the ideal location. We love the mountain feel of the Lodge and yet once we step off our elevator directly into our home we have complete privacy in a wonderful setting with beautiful ski mountain views.
