House, 3 Bedrooms plus Convertible Bed, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6 to 8)

Welcome to our tropical paradise, just steps away from Vanderbilt beach (The Ritz Carlton) and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The beach is conveniently located about a mile away. Walk or take the bikes to the beach, restaurants, shopping center or many of the local attractions.

Our Home-by-the-Beach features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dinning and living areas with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with large vanity and shower. The first guest bedroom features a full-size bed and the second guest bedroom features a trundle bed (two twin-size mattresses) and opens to the Florida room with private seating and TV area. The second bath and linen closet is conveniently located between the two guest bedrooms.

The den and main seating area is located a step down from the living room and kitchen. There you will find a 55 inch TV with stereo system and DVD player. You will also find a leather sectional with a pull-out queen sleeper, perfect for that unexpected guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences, stainless steel appliances and beautiful tumble marble counter-tops. You will find everything you need to host an event or everyday living. A table in the dinning area seats 6 people comfortably.

The outdoor space is located off the kitchen and Florida room. A bistro table and chairs with comfy, cozy over-sized patio chairs await your relaxation. A detached one-car garage with remote control is where you will find the bikes, beach gear and Weber grill, all you need to complete your stay.

Our comfy, cozy Home-by-the-Beach is where you want to be to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. Whether you need a week stay or months of relaxation, this home has it all. Gather your family for a wonderful memory or just to escape from the cold, our home provides all that and more. See you at the beach!

About Doug Vasulka

We are a couple from Ohio, found Naples Park on a road trip from up North and fell in love with Vanderbilt Beach. Our families and friends have been on countless vacations with us here and can't wait to come back – and we can't either. We have so many beautiful and treasured memories with this home.
