The apartment is equipped with all home comforts, overlooking the golf course of La Quinta. It has a terrace facing the A Course and is ideal for eating ‘al fresco’. Facing south west, the terrace allows you to enjoy afternoon and evening sunshine, .the perfect place for an aperetif before dinner and, who knows - you may also witness some spectacular sunsets! By car the apartment is ideally located, being 10 minutes from Puerto Banus, 5 minutes from San Pedro,15 minutes to Benahavis and 15 minutes from the centre of Marbella. Accommodation in this attractive apartment is arranged over two floors, giving it a light, spacious feel and each of the three bedrooms has a small balcony and en suite marble bathroom. Eagles Village has been designed with an Andalucian flavour and its immaculate gardens and stunning views make it a very special place to be. Even in mid summer, it has an air of tranquility which immediately encourages you to relax.

Notes: There is a large freeform pool for both adults and children as well as the separate childrens pool . Toilet facilites are available at the pool. There are ample sunbeds and areas for relaxing both in and out of the sun. Above the pool there is a room to allow those not wishing to be in the sun all day long to escape.
