Charming apartment in one of Lisbon's most romantic old neighborhoods (Santos). The apartment is cosy and sunny with views over inner gardens, the river and bridge 25 de Abril. It's the fourth floor of a centennial building recently renovated, and with a lift. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite. Ideal for couples with children and small groups. There is a baby cot and a high chair available on request. And free Wifi.

The apartment is located at Rua das Janelas Verdes, within Santos, an old harbor district, close to the Museum of Ancient Art, the Parliament and several embassies. It is within walking distance to Chiado (subway), Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré (subway, ferry) and Baixa. You can also hop on the train (300m from the apartment), and enjoy the seaside line towards Belém and Cascais. The neighborhood as plenty of restaurants, bars and river facing esplanades.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I stayed in Ana's apartment for 3 days. We loved our stay there. The apartment is every bit as charming as the description states and the location is brilliant. It was quiet yet very central to the city - just about everything is walking distance - the subway, some interesting attractions, grocery stores, and cafes. We were also provided with a lot of valuable information about Lisbon and given recommendations on the places to see and how to get there. I strongly recommend renting this apartment if you're visiting Lisbon.

A very fine apartment

This apartment is very fine - clean, bright and spacious. The apartment is located in (almost) walking distance to the city centre - approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre of Lisbon (Placa do Comercio).
It is very easy to catch the train from the location of the apartment (a train to Cascais - a very nice little town with restaurants and beach).
I would definitely recommend this apartment if you don't mind walking a little bit to and from the attractions. By arrival, we were met by a very kind girl who gave us a lot of useful informations about the city and sorroundings. :)

Bright, clean apartment in excellent location

My husband and I stayed at Ana Rita's apartment for 3 days and we found it very comfortable, bright and spacious.
It was spotlessly clean and well equipped.
The location is excellent with a bus s top practically at the door and a tram half a block away. Actually, we walked to the old town. A few small restaurants and a grocer are available in the vicinity.
The only problem we encountered was with the front door. The key does not easily open the door.

Dear Ana Rita,
as you can read in the title we really enjoyed the week in Lisabon. After your warm greeting we appreciated your suggestions and tryed them successfully.

The apartment provided everything we needed. It was clean, nice to live in and pretty central.
Allthough it took pretty long to get some hot water and the hard to handle entrence door we want to thank you very much!

For our conclusion we liked the stay and would come back to your place again!

fantastic apartment

this is a great little apartment. it is sunny and well situated. you can easily catch the tram to major attractions but if you're not afraid of a little walking you can reach a lot on foot. there are several restaurants close to the apartment as well as small grocery stores to provide all the essentials. the owner was extremely attentive and really wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay. the wifi worked great. it was fully equipped including a washer/dryer which was a nice addition. finally, the price is unbeatable.
