Relax in near perfect year round weather and watch glorious sunsets over the neighboring Caribbean island of St Kitts. This new property is set in one acre of landscaped gardens set amongst lush conserved rain forest at an elevation of approximately 700ft with open sea views to the West and the spectacular Nevis peak behind. Warm trade winds provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment whilst living in the villa. Lime Villa has a spacious designer furnished living room complete with bar area, a large terrace level 30ft pool, with screened veranda and dining pavilion adjacent to the extensively equipped kitchen. Lime villa is a traditional West Indian style property with 3 large air conditioned double bedrooms each complete with its own luxurious en-suite facilities- There is a further ground with its own large air conditioned double bedroom.

Lime Villa is located in a nice, upmarket community of international expatriates in an area especially sought after for its tranquility and magnificent views over St Kitts. A short drive from the villa brings you to the world famous Four Seasons golf course, a variety of wonderful restaurants including the famous Sunshine's with its killer bee drink, luxurious spas, historic sites including beautiful churches and ruins and unspoilt beaches ( Pinney’s Beach,Nelson Springs and Ouilie Beach to name but a few). Charlestown, the capital city where banks, groceries and all amenities are available, is no further than 15 minutes drive. From town, it is also possible to catch a 40 minute ride on the ferries going to St Kitts and enjoy a great day out. All together, it doesn't take much more than 1 hour to complete the tour of the island by car not taking into account the recommended stops for sight seeings or rum tasting.
