LUXURIOUS FRONTLINE APARTMENT WITH STUNNING SEA VIEWS

We have been coming to Portugal for years, but didn't know the Eastern Algarve prior to buying in 2009. We were introduced to the area by a friend who also ended up buying an apartment in Formosa Village. My husband and I were bowled over by the contrast this side of the Algarve offers over the hussle and bustle of the big resorts to the West/ Centre.We loved the location of the apartment and the magnificent sea views. It is a beautiful sight first thing in the morning from the front balcony. The first year we bought the apartement we visited about 6 times and travelled extensively around the area. We now manage to visit about 3 times a year.We love the fact that we only have a 2 and a half hour flight, everything we need is in the apartment and that , even if we only have a long weekend, we can still make the most of it. Last year we made the ultimate commitment and (finally!) tied the knot in Tavira ( 10kms from Fuzeta) .We have very happy memories of a great day surrounded by friends, family and our new neighbours in Fuzeta.

We made a consious effort to ensure that the apartment is a 'home away from home' - because to us , that's what it is. We have included extras that we would want from a holiday home - ipod charger, radio, basic foods, books, DVDs , board games , beach towels, to name but a few. We want our guests to be able to relax , cook in if they want, watch satellite TV and chill out.

The property is an extremely big 2 bedroom apartment ( 120 metres) with 2 bathrooms , so can easily accomodate 5 people comfortably.

It is ideally located , just a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. There is no need to hire a car, as the train station is a 2 minute walk and travels the length of the Algarve as well as linking to Spain. We have left an up to date timetable in the apartment for your convenience,

The East Algarve enjoys a warmer climate than the West Algarve, being more sheltered. Therefore the weather is consistently hot from May to October, pleasantly warm in November,and warm From December through to April.

The apartment is ideally located to avail of the magnificent beaches in the area - none of which get busy , all of which are stunning.

The village of Fuzeta has everything you could need to make your stay more comfortable. Banks, supermarkets, hairdressers, markets , restaurants, bars, cafes, bakers, butchers, fishmongers, dentist , doctor, beauticians, newsagents and souvenir shops.

Everything is a fraction of the price of things in Ireland and the UK, and about half the price of the Western / Central Algarve.
