You will find exceptional comfort in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in quiet area. This 1800 sq ft condo is a 2nd floor unit facing the Caloosahatchee River and next door to Jaycee Park. The lanai is fully screened and has sliding glass doors protecting it from the weather. You will love having breakfast or morning coffee on the lanai!
The unit has central air conditioning as well as overhead fans in all the rooms. The property is beautifully landscaped, has a lap pool as well as community pool with kitchen area and a hot tub.
Master bedroom faces the river. It has a king bed, TV with DVD player, large bath with shower & jetted tub . One guest bedroom has queen bed, ensuite bathroom with large shower. Other guest bedroom has daybed with trundle (both twin size) & bath with large shower which is right next door. It also has a desk with internet connection & a printer. You will find plenty of linens, towels & beach towels for your use. You should have all the comforts of home in our fully furnished kitchen.
Everything you need is within 5 to 15 minutes , including Ft. Myers Beach. You will find plenty of great restaurants and lots of shopping in Cape Coral. The Yacht Club is only a few minutes from the condo. They have various events there to keep you busy. In the same area is a great public beach. Next to it is a place to eat with outside seating. It also has a nice pier to watch the beautiful sunsets from.
A few special things in the area are Manatee Park, World's Largest Flea Markets, Farmers Market and the Boston Red Sox spring training.
You can fish right off the docks out back or next door in Jaycee Park. There you will also find great walking paths. They sometimes have special events in the park such as car shows, fireworks & free movies.

Really a nice place to stay -- quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. And since it is in a gated complex, it was private and peacefull, especially in the evening. This was our first experience using VRBO. The owner was very pleasant and the rental process was quite easy. The pictures well represent the property. We used the pool and the spa in the common area almost daily. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are just minutes away along both Del Prado Blvd and Cape Coral Pkwy. We often went out for an evening meal and then just enjoyed sitting on the lanai viewing the Caloosahatchee River and listening to the water, very relaxing. It was so nice that it was very hard to leave.
