You may rent all or separatelly:

- ROSA one bedroom for 3 adults , or 2 + child

- TERRACE 3 bedroom for 6 adults

= TERRACE + ROSA 4 bedroom fro 9 adults , or 8 + 2 child

The apartments are just few steps from the sea. The outside of the apartments consist of a big terrace /used by terrace apartment/ with sea view to the bay of Kotor and /patio for Rosa apartment/ big garden with barbecue. There are also 2 outdoor showers.

The apartment terrace is on 2 floors , Rosa is ground floor under terrace. Both apartments have a separate own entrance from street.

Both are completely equipped: kitchens, microwaves, air-conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet, etc..

The apartment has it is own small pier with sun chairs and parasol as on pictures.

It is 1.5 km distant from the centre of Kotor down town. The shops and the restaurants are in the distance of 100 meters around the apartment.

Apartment Terrace has two bedrooms with 4 beds, or 3 bedrooms with 6 beds Apartment may be rented as - two bedroom apartment for 4 adults with kitchen etc or - 3 bedroom Apartment for 6 persons - 4 bedroom with ROSA together for 9 adults or 8 adults and 2 children. Terrace apartment has two or 3 bedrooms at first floor with big bathroom that serves those two bedrooms. At ground floor there is a spacious day room, with kitchen and dining table for 6 persons. An additional toilet is at ground floor. Outside patio with big brick BBQ and marble dining table. 25 M2. Terrace with marble table fine chairs Sun umbrellas, sun chairs . Dining area for 20 persons. Candles, torches and special lighting for evening dinners. Dinner meals, food and drinks, may be ordered at Terrace from local restaurants.

Best terrace view of the Bay

Queit and nice surounding. One of the best terraces along the Bay. Walking distance to Kotor. Owners being very helpfull and friendly. We found apartment clean and as described. No other tourist in terrace area. We had a bieautifull morning and evening. Swimming i front of house we could watch our children from Terrace as they swim. We shal for sure be back.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
