Seaside Villa Apartments for Families and groups

You may rent all or separatelly:

- ROSA one bedroom for 3 adults , or 2 + child

- TERRACE 3 bedroom for 6 adults

= TERRACE + ROSA 4 bedroom fro 9 adults , or 8 + 2 child

The apartments are just few steps from the sea. The outside of the apartments consist of a big terrace /used by terrace apartment/ with sea view to the bay of Kotor and /patio for Rosa apartment/ big garden with barbecue. There are also 2 outdoor showers.

The apartment terrace is on 2 floors , Rosa is ground floor under terrace. Both apartments have a separate own entrance from street.

Both are completely equipped: kitchens, microwaves, air-conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet, etc..

The apartment has it is own small pier with sun chairs and parasol as on pictures.

It is 1.5 km distant from the centre of Kotor down town. The shops and the restaurants are in the distance of 100 meters around the apartment.

The apartment is just few steps distant from the sea. It has a small garden in front of the apartment. It is 50 M2 and consist of: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and one single bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment is completely equipped: air-conditioning, cable TV and wireless Internet.

Rosa apartment will be good for those couples who what to spend their vacations either enjoying the great view of Kotor bay or going sightseeing in Kotor or surrounding villages useing this apartment as very suitable start point.
The apartment is well-equipped and can make a rest very comfortable.
Thanks a lot to Maria, Ana and Vjeko.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: It was our pleasure to have this young couple with child with us.

Very quiet and polite people, and we would be glad to have them with us any time in future.
We feel that we could do even more to make their days more interesting.

We are glad that they spent a nice holidays, of almost 3 weeks in Apartment ROSA.

All internet communication, deposit was done in time as agreed.
Apartment left in good order without damages.

Firstly, I would say that the apartment has the best location in Kotor: only 10 minutes walk by feet from Stari Grad but away enough of tourist crowds. Calming & relaxing place with free parking. Great view from 1nd floor apartment on the Bay. Newly renovated & equipped with all necessary.
We travelled a lot around the whole Montenegro & our holiday home was the best starting point to any direction either to north part & Croatia or to different small town of Budva Riviera. Many thanks to Maria & Ana!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Guests have been very good in communicating in advance of booking. Deposit paid i time. Arrival in time, They mainatined Apartment clean and left it in same good order. Payment done in time.
Very relaxing and friendly people, and we would be glad to rent to them or their friends anytime in future.
