**CURRENTLY AVAIL FOR OFF SEASON WEEKEND RENTALS**

Located at the end of Venicean Road. Cozy, warm, family home. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. 2 large decks. Gas Fireplace for Fall/Winter Rentals, Plenty of space to spread out. Well equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Large fenced back yard with docks for fishing, sunbathing, 2 kayaks, whirlpool hot tub in summer season. Boat slip available for smaller vessel. Beautiful Deck off master suite and family room too.

We have a small family, beginning to have grandchildren now. We love to offer our home to other great families and hope you are as comfortable as we are there.

Great Family Vacation Spot!!

Can't say enough about how great this place is for a family vacation! We have stayed here several times over the past few years. We spend the days at the beach and come back for a nice dip in the hot tub and burgers on the grill. It is great that it is within walking distance of many restuarants and the ice cream shop. Makes for nice stroll in the evenings after viewing the incredible sunsets. Great waking up right by the bay every morning and having coffee on deck. My children have taken sailing lessons right next door on the bay and within view. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Neighbors very friendly and neighborhood very safe. Lots of families on the block.

Sunsets out of this world!

Loved loved loved our vacation time here! We keep coming back for the beautiful sunsets, being able to sit on the deck and look right at the bay, and the great house with lots of room and comfortable surroundings. The kitchen has everything we need. Easy walk to everything including restaurants, stores, and beach. Can't wait to come back this summer!
