Look no further California dreamer! Come and be our guest at this affordable, spacious, centrally located two story condo and be within walking distance to everything Santa Monica and Venice have to offer while coming home to a peaceful and relaxing place at the end of the day.

The location is excellent; located at 11th St. and Ashland in Santa Monica in a safe residential neighborhood within walking distance to Santa Monica and Venice Beach, Main St. and Abbot Kinney's shops, restaurants, Sunday's Farmer's Markets, night life, Santa Monica Promenade, Wholefoods and Albertsons Markets, 15 minutes from international airport LAX and Public transportation is only 1 BLOCK AWAY.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET SMALL BUILDING IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD AND NO LAUD MUSIC OR LAUD NOISE IS PERMITTED AFTER 10:00 PM. THIS RENTAL IS MOST APPROPRIATE FOR GUEST WANTING TO RELAX AND IDEAL FOR FAMILIES.

The unit is two story with tons of natural light, blonde hardwood floors, extra comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and fully furnished and equipped for our guest :

1 bedroom with queen size bed, queen size futon, and wall to wall closet space

1 bedroom with queen size bed

1 bathroom with tub/shower

1 1/2 bathroom

Fully stocked kitchen

Open floor plan Living room with 50 inches flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet.

Patio off kitchen/living room

Easy street parking

Washer and dryer inside the apartment

No cats sorry.

Small dog may be consider with additional security deposit.

Also: Flat Screen TV, Wireless WIFI Internet, cable TV, towels, linens, etc.

Great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach! Unit is well taken care of, beds and living room very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Very nice, comfortable beds, walk to Whole Foods, beach, Sunday Farmers Market! Works out great with a dog, so many places to walk! Well equipped kitchen for cooking if you want.
