Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Ponce Landing is a quaint Townhouse complex located on Anastasia Island. The privately owned unit is completely furnished with everything you will need. Enjoy the convenience of two swimming pools (one is heated in the winter), and our beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from your patio door. You can swim, surf, go shelling, fish, sunbathe, walk, bicycle or drive on our beach.

The townhouse has 1200 square feet of living area, along with a one car attached garage and washer/dryer. The unit sleeps 6 with two bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd floor. Master has a king bed and 2nd bedroom has twin beds. All linens are included. You can enjoy sitting on the balcony of either bedroom. The 1st floor consists of a living room/dining room combo, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and an outdoor patio. The couch opens to a queen sized sleeper. We provide cable, including HBO and WIFI service.

Visit Ripleys Believe It Or Not Museum, the Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, the Alligator Farm, climb the St. Augustine Lighthouse and so much more. The St. Johns County fishing pier and Splash Park is just 1 mile away. Here you will find a farmers market on Wednesday mornings, seasonal concerts on Wednesday evenings, volley ball, bocce ball and many more activities. There are several public golf courses, outlet malls, World Golf Village, IMAX and EPIC Theaters. Marineland, Daytona Speedway and beautiful state and national parks are all within driving distance. Disney World and other Orlando attractions are just a 90 minute drive away. The St. Johns County Public Bus Service, Sunshine Bus Co., offers convenient pickup service.

Beautiful condo. Clean. Accessible to everything. Roomy and Comfortable. Everything was provided. Beach Walk was breathtaking! Two nice pools. Quiet and Private. A perfect get-a-way!
