Just 5 minutes walking distance from this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance. These spacious townhouses are situated on a tranquil elevated position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night.

The 'Superb' Colina Branca Townhouse has a comfortably furnished living room/diner with both English and German TV systems. There is a selection of both English and German novels to read. From the living room there is a large sheltered south-facing sun terrace with a stunning view of the sea overlooking the bay of Carvoeiro. The newly fitted kitchen is well-equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric oven, hob and microwave. On the lower floor, there are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and also a full family bathroom. There is also a small windowless room with two extra beds, suitable for children. There is a private sheltered car parking space outside the front door, and lush tropical gardens. The property is a short walk down to the large shared swimming pool, with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. Within 5 minutes walking distance is the centre of Carvoeiro, with an array of bars and restaurants. Many golf courses lie within a few minutes drive.

Carvoeiro is a bustling village with a fantastic array of lively bars, restaurants and shops. The restaurants cater for all tastes, the local specialities being fish and seafood dishes. There are a selection of beaches close by, some large and busy, some small secluded coves, and amazing cliff top walks. There are several golf courses within a short driving distance from the villa, as well as the Vale do Milho 9 hole golf course which is within walking distance. For those who prefer to explore, the Monchique mountain, which is the highest pint of the Algarve, is just a short drive away, and the historic town of Silves with it's ancient castle and museums is also nearby. For children, there is Slide and Splash water park and Aqualand. Zoomarine is home to dolphins, seals and other marine life, and the dolphin show is something spectacular for all the family to see, as well as the high diving show. Other nearby attractions include tennis club, diving school, beauty therapy and massage.
