The cozily furnished 3 room apartment is located in a peaceful, sunny and central location with a view of Jakobshorn from the large south-facing balcony. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached through an elevator. Bus stations and shopping facilities are located nearby. The apartment has a 3 and 2 bed room, a living room with dining corner (with TV, DVD and video, telephone, CD player with radio), closed kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bath/WC/shower. A garage is included in the rental price. A crib is available. Upon request, dogs are also welcome. During the summer, unlimited hiking options with free usage of mountain cable cars. In the winter there are large ski regions and options for a lot of other types of winter sports.

The mountain landscape offers unforgettable skiing and hiking experiences. Skiers and snowboarders will find 310 km of ski slopes in all levels of difficulties and 75 km of cross country trails. Hikers and mountain climbers can enjoy the Bündner mountain world on easy and difficult tours (700 km marked hiking paths) with wonderful views.
