1400 sq/ft townhouse! 3 floors! Located near the Morrisey run. Ski in ski out! All the amenities of home. Quite and safe!

I purchased my second townhouse after spending one season at Sun Peaks! When not in use, I like others to experience what Sun Peaks has to offer. I tried to furnish the townhouse so that one would feel more comfortable then staying at a hotel.

Why Lee Atkins chose Sun Peaks

Sun Peaks is an up an coming hot spot for skiers and boarders. International competition for both. Training facility for the 2010 Austrian and Korean Olympic ski team! Located further inland than Whistler, the snow is much dryer. Overall cost to stay at Sun Peaks is also much less. Sun Peaks is family friendly and still has that small town feeling and comfort. Scheduled future development will further enhance Sun Peaks popularity.

What makes this townhome unique

Quite location! Short walk to village. Friendly neighbors!
