We bought this condo in Skyline Villa in 2007 after extensive research in the area. Skyline Villa is perfectly located in the beautiful foothills of Tucson with incredible mountain views, and a two-minute walk to Tucson's high end mall, La Encantada. Most parts of Tucson you need a car, but not here with walking access to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excellent, high-end shopping.
Skyline Villa is also secure, private and safe. The property is well maintained, clean and landscaped beautifully.

We like the fact that our condo is on the 2nd floor; it is quiet and private. Reservation Deposit is fully refundable if the lease is cancelled 60 days or more prior to lease date. The Reservation Deposit is forfeited if the lease is cancelled less than 60 days prior to lease date.
Other payment refunds on considered on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with the owner and renter.
$250 Reservation deposit required upon signing lease. The Reservation Deposit becomes your Security Deposit on the lease date.
Rental Payment Terms:
- 50 percent of rent is due 60 days prior to start of lease period.
- Final 50 percent of remaining rent due 30 days prior to start of lease period.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
