Two bedroom plus den two baths, avail with or without golf

Heritage Palms is recognized as one of the finest golfing communities in SW Florida. Enter this gorgeous community through the 24 hour guarded gates and wander down the palm lined streets to your winter vacation home.The community is well manicured and includes two Azinger Lewis golf courses, an aqua driving range, 8 pools, several hot tubs, eight lighted Har Tru tennis courts, a large fitness facility, a 38 acre lake, 1 28,000 sf clubhouse which offers both formal and informal dining, and a Tiki Bar and Lodge which offers a library as well as evening entertainment throughout the season.

Our 2nd floor home has been professionally decorated and freshly painted. It offers vaulted ceilings, a large King bed in master with a new private bath with double sinks, and walk in closet for her and a second closet for him. The second bedroom has two single beds and a private bath. You can enjoy a huge screened front lanai for outdoor dining, or evening relaxing. The rear lanai has been enclosed to increase the living room area, but simply remove the sliders and let the outdoors in. This outstanding home has 1400 sf and offers a perfect view of the famous 15th island hole.

The enlarged living area has a recently installed 60' television. Bring your favorite movies and enjoy them on the new blue ray player, while listening to the sound through the new sound bar with sub woofer.

Heritage Palms allows guests staying in our home to use the golf facilities for an additional one time $250 charge for you and one guest. Cart fees also apply. Or save $500 a month off our rates without golf.

The Boston Red Sox maintain their spring training facility about 5 miles away, and the Minnesota Twins facility is even closer. Restaurants and dining options are close by as well as a large outdoor mall and another specialty mall are only minutes away by car. You can also visit the Florida Keys by boat or car in less than three hours.

You will find our vacation home is perfect whether you prefer to be active or just enjoy walking through our lovely community.

About Bill Savoie

we live in Fort Myers and enjoy all that it has to offer. We enjoy visiting all the area has to offer in dining, fishing, the Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are nearby in the spring. Seeing broadway plays at the nearby Barbara Mann theater.

Heritage is a complete resort with two restaurants, tennis, swimming pools, jacuzzi, and exercise area. Nearby churches, shopping, and other restaurants, and the beaches are less than 10 miles away. Or visit Orlando, Miami, Tampa or Key West during your stay only a 2-3 hours drive.
