Delightful home by Pioneer Park and near Whitman College and many wineries

Jasper's Guest House is located across the street from Pioneer Park that houses a free aviary that is home to rare pheasants and magnificent peacocks. It is also minutes away from Whitman College, downtown Walla Walla and many wineries and tasting rooms. We welcome our guests with a bottle of Walla Walla red upon check-in.

The guest house is able to accommodate eight with three bedrooms (with two queen-size and one full-size beds) as well as a queen-size sleeper bed in the living room. There are also two bathrooms stocked with fluffy towels, bathrobes, and slippers to make your stay comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have iPod/iPhone docking stations. We also welcome a maximum of two well-behaved dogs.

The living room has a fireplace, an iPod/iPhone/iPad docking station and a flat screen smart TV with cable and Netflix/Pandora streaming. Also, enjoy wireless Internet access and unlimited local and long-distance calls on us. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances for your cooking pleasure. There is a huge dining table and all flatware/silverware to serve 8 hungry diners. And in the morning or throughout the day, enjoy a cup brewed by our Keurig machine.

About Alexa Palmer

Our guest house is named after our gentle giant dog, Jasper. Jasper was always excited about our weekend getaways to Walla Walla. He enjoyed his walks in Pioneer Park, that is located across the street from our guest house, and loved checking out birds of all kinds. Sadly, Jasper passed away a few months before we opened our house to vacation guests. Jasper's guest house is a pet-friendly guest house and welcomes a maximum of two well-behaved dogs and eight humans.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!

Jasper's Place is excellent and the location is outstanding!

We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and used the BBQ grill for steaks and asparagus one night. Yummy! The house is roomy enough for people to come together (to watch Netflix or play cribbage!) and find their own space when they want to. The bed was comfortable with nice dark shades for the window. The shower was hot. It's the little thngs that make a great vacation rental and this house really works.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. The park has an amazing endangered bird sanctuary. It was fascinating to see them all.

I would definitely stay here again and I hope to!

WALLA WALLA IN SPRING

The Jasper house was a great place to stay. Across from a lovely park and within walking distance of the college. A bit of a walk to downtown but on a nice day a wonderful walk given all the stately homes with gardens blooming. The house was uncluttered, tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Bedrooms were nicely sized as were the bathrooms. Master bedroom had a bathroom ensuite and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom between them. Great room include a nice sized dining area and living area. The kitchen was adequately equipped to cook dinner which we did one night. Only thing missing was a bbq grill. We bought a small disposable grill at Walmart which worked just fine. It might be a little tight with eight people at the house but more than adequate for six. With all the great restaurants we ate out the other two nights of our stay. Don't miss Saffron - one of the best restaurants in Walla Walla.

Jaspers house was a great place to stay. We wanted for nothing. The house was well appointe, comfortable and everything we needed was there. Loved the closeness to downtown Walla Walla. I would stay there again. We did not bring a dog, but if you have one, this is the place for you.
