House, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 2-4)

Beautiful house near the beach in a private gated community , for 2- 4 people with an unforgettable view.

The house has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 1/2 bathrooms, open kitchen and living room with sliding glass doors to the terrace, radio/CD-Player/DVD..

There is also a private infinity swimming pool, safe, washing machine and dryer.

The house is fully equipped with everything you will need.

Walk to the beach, 10 minute drive to Las Terranas. Twenty four hour security.

Onieda (housekeeper) and Miguel (caretaker) will be there to help with all your needs.

About Owner/Manager

Grew up in RI, always wanted a place in the tropics, and when we went to Las Terranas for the first time, we knew it was the place we wanted to be.

Owner/Manager purchased this house in 2008
