A modern villa located on the Vale do Milho Golf resort, being a short drive to the nearby beach and the centre of Carvoeiro. The open plan lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and has flat screen TV with Sky freesat channels, DVD and CD player. There are sliding patio doors opening out to a large covered sun terrace and barbecue which is perfect for al-fresco dining, and Roman steps leading to the private gated swimming pool with ample sun loungers and lush tropical gardens. There is a fully fitted kitchen with ample storage space plus a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. A double bedroom and twin bedroom share a family bathroom on the ground floor, plus guest cloakroom. The first floor has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, corner bath and shower cubicle, and patio doors open onto a large sun terrace with sea view. There is also a large open-plan landing with two further single beds, suitable for children. Maid service twice weekly and towels provided.

Carvoeiro is a bustling village with a fantastic array of lively bars, restaurants and shops. The restaurants cater for all tastes, the local specialties being fish and seafood dishes. There are a selection of beaches close by, some large and busy, some small secluded coves, and amazing cliff top walks. There are several golf courses within a short driving distance from the villa, as well as the Vale do Milho 9 hole golf course which is within walking distance. For those who prefer to explore, the Monchique mountain, which is the highest pint of the Algarve, is just a short drive away, and the historic town of Silves with its ancient castle and museums is also nearby. For children, there is Slide and Splash water park and Aqualand. Zoomarine is home to dolphins, seals and other marine life, and the dolphin show is something spectacular for all the family to see, as well as the high diving show. Other nearby attractions include tennis club, diving school, beauty therapy and massage.

Special rates for long winter lets, please enquire for details. Check in time is no earlier than 2pm on your day of arrival. Check-out time is no later than 10am on the day of departure.

The Villa is superb, has everything you need,it is in a quiet location , we have had two holidays this year at the Villa and have already booked two for next year.I would recommend this property to anyone.
