We enjoyed the our weekend tremendously, the house is so big and decorated beautifully. You can sit and admire all the decor while having coffee in the large dining room while others sleep and not be woken. The back yard is delightful and also a great place to have coffee. The kitchen had everything you needed and everything in town is right there. We especially enjoyed the Mauch Chunk Opera House , we saw a terrific show at a reasonable price and afterwards just a walk down the street for something to eat and drink. If you don't know what you want to do for a get-away this is the place, plenty to do and see and a great place to just stay and relax.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your kind words. There are so many activites to choose from, something for everyone. I have still not done them all but looking forward to it. I enjoy sitting in the porch and just taking in the town and beautiful mountains that surround it.
