A nice deck wraps around two sides of the cabin to take advantage of all of the views and quiet solitude. This cabin is extremely private and the only sounds you hear are the breezes in the trees and the birds in the sky. The cabin backs up into National Forest and you can hike right off the property. There is a somewhat-steep, dirt lane leading up to the concrete driveway. There is an upper parking area but has a sharp curve to get there. There is a lower parking area for those that want to use it. Arriving after dark and inclement weather can make getting to the cabin more difficult. But once you get here you will feel it was all worthwhile. While there is no house phone you should have good cell service. The cabin is unique because it is located high up on a mountain in a secluded area, back-door access to the National Forest and is only 1 mile to Goldwater Lake.
