Qualicum Beach Vacation Home

Location: Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada

Come and enjoy beautiful Qualicum Beach with all it has to offer. This area has everything, and is great for people of all ages, families, and retired people looking for summer fun or a get away from cold winters. Our home is located half a block from the beach and it’s backyard joins on to the Qualicum Beach Memorial golf course. It is situated so that a short walk or drive will bring you to the centre of town where there are numerous stores for shoppers or those just wanting to browse in unique shops or visit the local art gallery. Qualicum town also offers numerous dining experiences.

The property is 1 acre in size with a long drive and plenty of parking even if you are pulling a trailer or driving a RV. The house is a large ranch style home architecturally designed so that when you are inside you feel the beauty and allure of the outdoors. There are expansive oceans views from the living areas and 2 of the bedrooms. The third bedroom looks out into the garden. The property is very private and although situated in an urban area it gives you the feeling of being out in the country. A short walk out the back of the house brings you to the Memorial Golf Course Clubhouse where you can golf and/or enjoy the scenic views from the clubhouse restaurant.

This home is available for both long and short term rental. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and can easily sleep 6.

If you enjoy the beach, swimming, building sandcastles, looking for crabs, gooey ducks, sand dollars or starfish, hiking, skiing, golfing, shopping, dining or just relaxing with a book on the deck looking out over the ocean you will enjoy this vacation rental home. About Sally Lockwood

My husband and I and our two children have taken annual summer holidays to Qualicum Beach for years. I have known this area since childhood as my Great Grandparents built the home that my father now lives in right on Qualicum Beach. My love of the area lead us to purchase this home 7 years ago. We have recently decided to offer the home to those vacationing in the area. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to experience this area. Qualicum Beach is a hidden gem that many have not had the luxury of experiencing.

The unique benefits of this property include proximity to the beach, the golf course, Qualicum town site, Comox valley and Mt. Washington ski hill, hiking, mountain climbing and fishing . . . to mention a few of the multitude of activities that can be enjoyed in this area.
