Nestled in the mountains on 26 acres of private land, this beautiful lodge overlooks a pond with expansive mountain views beyond. Built in 2000, this home spans 3,819 square feet of living space. Tucked 1.9 miles in the Ruby Ranch subdivision, a true mountain experience is sure to be explored while staying at this beautiful property.
The entrance through the two car garage spills into a ski storage area complete with a full closet for all of your mountain gear. Continue into the main living area boasting a gas stone fireplace, 32” flat screen television and floor to ceiling windows encasing the magnificent view of the private backyard pond and Buffalo Mountain. A large deck can be accessed from the living room and offers wrought iron table and chairs and gas grill. Vaulted ceilings showcase this room along with natural wood floors. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. A large dining room table is located off the kitchen area with seating for up to 10 people.
The master bedroom, located off the living area also boasts access to the deck shared with the living room. The room is graced with a king size mission style bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom presents his and her sinks, glass enclosed shower, washer and dryer and a jetted tub with picturesque mountain views, including the Keystone Ski Area.
Located on the opposite end of the living room, is a guest bedroom with a queen log bed. A full guest bathroom is located off the entryway. Head upstairs to another guest bedroom complete with queen size mission style bed, twin bunk beds, walk in closet and a sofa. A 26” flat screen television and DVD player are located in this room for your entertaining needs.
The downstairs family room has a bar with a full size fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave and three barstools. A 52” flat screen television, DVD player and surround sound adorn the family room along with plenty of couches and chairs. A twin daybed and trundle are located at the back of the room and off to one side is another space with a queen log bed and walk out patio facing Buffalo Mountain and the pond. A full guest bathroom is located off the family room.
The fourth bedroom is on this level with a king bed, bringing the sleeping capacity in this home up to 14 without the use of a single sofa sleeper!
The Ruby Ranch subdivision is a gated community and spans hundreds of acres including a horse barn in which guests can board their horses on a space available basis. The facility offers an outdoor riding arena as well as indoor stalls, tack room and feed room. If you have your own horses, be sure to inquire about this mountain home for your next trip to Summit County, Colorado!
Ruby Ranch is located in the Silverthorne area, a convenient jaunt to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and six ski areas are all within 10-35 miles from the home!
A 4-wheel drive is necessary in the winter.
Please be advised that the Ruby Ranch subdivision is a private, quiet, residential neighborhood. Outdoor activities of any kind that would disturb the peace and quiet enjoyment of the surrounding property owners is strictly forbidden. Any tenant who violates this policy (in the sole discretion of Key To The Rockies) will be subject to immediate eviction.' Parking of vehicles is strictly limited to the driveway of the property and may not encroach onto Pearl Road
The home has great location for all seasons ideally located in Silverthorne, Colorado. If you are attending a golf outing, event at the Warren Station, a summer festival or just enjoying a Rocky Mountain vacation, you can take the free Keystone Resort shuttle which will take you to various stops within Keystone. Bike and hiking trails are also outside your door, where you can choose a casual outing along the paths next to the Snake River or get a great work-out trekking up Keystone Mountain. If you want to take in the incredible views of the Rocky Mountains without the uphill trek, you can always take the gondola up to the top and have a mountain top picnic and hike amidst the wildflowers offering great photo opportunities. One of the favorite past times in River Run is the open air fire pit (open from 7am -10pm during the winter and 7am-9am and 6pm -9pm during the summer), where you can buy marshmallows from the local store to roast or just relax in one of the oversized rocking chairs and watch the festivities around you. To see more of the area, you are also a short walk away to the Summit County Stage bus stop which offers complimentary service to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon and Silverthorne. Dillon offers a variety of summer activities to include the Farmers Market, concerts, the tiki bar on the lake, shows at the Dillon Theater, boat rentals at the Lake and more hiking and biking trails to enjoy year-round. If you are a shopper, Silverthorne boasts over 125 stores at the Silverthorne Factory Outlets featuring Nike, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Ann Taylor, OshKosh and much more!

50% due at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable at that time. If cancellation is necessary 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will retain $50 of the initial 50% deposit.
