Located on the opposite end of the living room, is a guest bedroom with a queen log bed. A full guest bathroom is located off the entryway. Head upstairs to another guest bedroom complete with queen size mission style bed, twin bunk beds, walk in closet and a sofa. A 26” flat screen television and DVD player are located in this room for your entertaining needs.
The downstairs family room has a bar with a full size fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave and three barstools. A 52” flat screen television, DVD player and surround sound adorn the family room along with plenty of couches and chairs. A twin daybed and trundle are located at the back of the room and off to one side is another space with a queen log bed and walk out patio facing Buffalo Mountain and the pond. A full guest bathroom is located off the family room.
The fourth bedroom is on this level with a king bed, bringing the sleeping capacity in this home up to 14 without the use of a single sofa sleeper!
The Ruby Ranch subdivision is a gated community and spans hundreds of acres including a horse barn in which guests can board their horses on a space available basis. The facility offers an outdoor riding arena as well as indoor stalls, tack room and feed room.
