Newly Constructed (2012), cozy lake front cottage in a tranquil family oriented area. Enjoy spending quit time in this newly constructed lake front cottage. Young children can enjoy the sandy beach. This westerly facing cottage provides beautiful sunsets while enjoying the lake and mountain views. There is a row boat available to enjoy the great fishing out front which has a plentiful supply of perch, sunfish, rock bass, large-mouth bass, and pickerel. Excellent location for kayaking or canoeing
