This architecturally designed home was built to the owner’s specifications. The kitchen was recently remodeled with new appliances and marble countertops. The living/dining room has vaulted ceilings and faces the ocean. Step out on the lanai for stunning views of the Islands of Lanai and Molokai and stay for a gorgeous sunset. The lanai is a great place for a barbecue dinner or just some pupus and a Mai Tai.

It is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located in the very desirable area of Napili on West Maui. Napili is 10 miles north of the quaint old whaling village of Lahaina, the former capital of the Hawaiian Islands. The beach is a very short walk away. Championship Golf is 5 minutes away at Kapalua or Kaanapali. When inter-island hopping you can fly into West Maui Airport, only 5 miles away.

The master bedroom has a California King ( 72' wide x 84' long vs Standard King 76' wide x 80' long). There is a large walk-in closet with a safe that fits a lap top. It has a 47' HDTV.

The main floor bedroom has queen and twin beds, HDTV and a sliding glass door out to the lower deck and lush garden.

The kitchen is fully equiped with side by side stainless steel appliances with bulit in ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, garburator and marble counter tops. There is a walk in pantry with washer and dryer.

The family/living/dining room has vaulted ceilings and faces out to the lanai and ocean. It is equiped with an Entertainment Center including HDTV, cable box with 100+ channels, DVR, Netflix, Bluray, VCR and Stereo.

The bathroom has a large shower with a shower head at each end. There is no bathtub.

A darling little home in Napili

This house was a wonderful find for us. We needed the freedom of a home where we could put up a small ham radio antenna. It worked well for us as my husband had a "radio room" in the lower level and I had the whole upstairs:) The kitchen is well appointed and easy to use and keep clean. The bed comfy. The grill was a wonderful new Weber. The best thing about this home is the location. It is a block from hotels charging twice as much for a 1 bdrm but you are close enough to utilize the restaurants and the beaches. There are 3 of the best bays on Maui right down the street (Honokeana- turtles!, Napili and Kapalua) The bus stop is so close and convenient we gave up our car. Also a nice walk to the grocery market. The home is decorated with wonderful interesting antiques. Thanks to Jim and the owners for making it available to us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We've been back from our Hawaii vacation for a few days now, and we had a fantastic time. The stay at Wena Place was very enjoyable - We were very glad to have a house to stay at, at a reasonable price, near the beach.

The stay at Mauibobs was fantastic! Everything anyone could ever want from a stay in Maui. The rate was very affordable. While there we discussed on endless conversations about how we need to purchase property just like this and enjoy retirement in paradise.
