This house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Diane was extremely accommodating and friendly. House was much bigger then we had expected, and everything was perfect. We look forward to stay again thanks for sharing your home with us

Words cannot truly describe the atmosphere this property provides. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. From the minute we unlocked the door it was like stepping out of reality into a stress free sanctuary. The house is so much bigger than I thought it would be, but yet it has the cozy feeling of a 1 room cabin.
We rented this house to go snowmobiling, and were not disappointed. There was plenty of space to park we were able have the sleds right outside the front door. We had direct access to the local trails, which were very well maintained and marked, and not busy. The riding for us was much more enjoyable than the more "popular" snowmobile destinations with crowded trails and a ton of traffic. It was a bonus for us that we were able to bring our dogs, they settled in right away and were perfectly content staying at the house while we were out riding.
The falls are breathtaking in the winter, I can't wait to see them in the summer. They provide a very soothing sound, and only add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Diane, the owner, is amazing. She promptly responded to all of our questions, and was in touch during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I also got the pleasure to meet her, and she is just as nice in person as she is via email or text.
One recommendation – make sure you have any supplies, groceries, drinks, etc. that you want early in the day. The local stores close up shop pretty early, so if it is a last minute thought, chances are you’ll have to wait until morning.
Overall, we cannot say enough positive things about the Crystal Falls Retreat. We are already planning our next trip back in a few weeks, and have even postponed our honeymoon to the Dominican in favor of staying at this lovely place for a week after our wedding!!
The house is set in a perfect location next to the Rapids out back. It was in immaculate condition upon arrival and it even bigger than it looks in the pictures. The neighbors were also very friendly. This house was everything I was looking for and more. The Rapids put back looked amazing in the snow and were very peaceful. This is the perfect house to rent if you are looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet!
Everything was great! the house was very clean and there were plenty of beds/ blankets/ pillows for us all. The waterfall was beautiful scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer !
In early September, ten members of our writers' group courted our muses at what we lovingly refer to as 'the Waterfall House'. From the moment we landed, all were inspired to create. The constant melody of the falls set a wonderful tone for the weekend, and the house is beyond comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended to any and all who seek a relaxing (and uplifting!) getaway!
