This is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit located on the second floor of a 2 story building.We purchased it in September 2012. We own 2 other units in the complex (vrbo numbers 290416 & 311117) The complex is one mile south of downtown Kailua-Kona. Even if you don't need the second bedroom it is a nice room to read or take an afternoon nap, and we have priced our unit to provide very affordable accommodations. Both bedrooms have brand new queen beds. Relax and watch the brand new flat screen TV in the living room. We provide wireless internet (bring your laptop), but bring your cell phone as there is no phone in the unit. There is an assigned parking space very close. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided for beach days. There are plenty of supplies and a well equipped kitchen.
The Kona Shores is an oceanfront complex centrally located on Alii Drive which is the oceanfront road that goes in to town. It is a short walk for shopping, dining, people watching or just to go down for a happy hour cocktail. Magic Sands beach is only 2 miles south of the condo.
The Big Island has just about everything you could ask for...Great Beaches...Deep Sea Fishing...Golfing...Snorkeling...Diving..an Active Volcano and Much, Much More! Be sure to explore all that the Big Island offers.
