Torrevieja is situated just 25 miles south of Alicante airport. This old town with its attractive marina and port has a warm, welcoming ambiance and will surely appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style. This luxury semi-detached villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Dream Hills', Los Altos and is within easy reach to many sandy beaches and coves, and is also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and top class golf courses. The property offers 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, spacious living and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large private roof terrace and also a terrace off the master bedroom. There is a large private swimming pool that is equipped with table, chairs and sun beds. There is also private off road parking. The Villa has Air Conditioning available as an optional extra.

Our Three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in Dream Hills, Los Altos which is approximately 10-15 minutes drive from Torrevieja town centre, 10 minutes drive to the beach and just 2 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Alicante Airport is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Murcia Airport (San Javier) is approximately 25 minutes drive away.
