The Sandpiper is a 1597 square foot condo that sleeps 7 comfortably (King, Queen, Single Sleeper, and Sofa Sleeper) and has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay memorable.

You'll find everything you need in our fully furnished kitchen, including beautiful wood cabinets with granite counter tops. There's even a Cuisinart ice cream and yogurt maker with recipes and directions!
The Sandpiper is newly remodeled with carpeting, paint, furnishings, paint, and appliances. The hardwood floors have also been refinished. Each time you walk in the front door, it smells like a brand new home.
The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view through new windows and new sliding glass. It also has its own fireplace and a 32' flat screen TV, along with a DVD player. The mattress is also new, with luxurious bedding you will appreciate, including a Barbara Barry comforter. A jetted tub, toilet, and separate shower are in their own private room in the master bath! New towel sets and two (2) robes are included.
In the guest bedroom you'll find a new mattress in a queen bed with high quality linens. There is a 32' flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment. The accompanying bathroom is full-sized and includes new towel sets and updated fixtures for your enjoyment.
Our den has a single sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and a desk for work or internet surfing. There is a small library of books and DVD movies in this room. If you finish a book while on vacation, consider leaving it for other guests to enjoy.
All guests have access to the Beach Club (on the property just a few seconds from this unit) that includes a hot tub, exercise room, pool table, heated indoor pool, and a 19-seat theater. There is a wifi connection in the clubhouse as well.
We didn't forget your communications needs, either, as we provide free long distance (Worldwide at NO charge), telephone, and wireless broadband internet access. All TV's are connected to cable.
