Having traveled to many places worldwide looking for a tranquil, scenic country in a warm climate to build a vacation home, I knew that Grenada would satisfy all my requirements when I experienced the unselfish kindness of the Grenadian people. The fact that it has a year-round perfect climate -- making ideal sailing conditions below the hurricane belt, besides being English speaking, and just far enough off the beaten track while easily accessible to major US and European airlines -- is a bonus.

What makes this house unique

In addition to the breathtaking view and the convenience of an on-site lap pool, the area offers nearby beaches, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, scuba diving around the island at many bays, hiking, waterfalls, herb gardens, wildlife, numerous flowers and a variety of birds.

Your house is so lovely and the view from it is so awe inspiring! We really enjoyed dining out on the patio and our daily dip in the pool. Thanks for taking such good care of us on such short notice. We'll be back.
