Modern apartment (1-4 people) in the centre of Vienna (close to the Vienna town hall, Ringstraße and parliament) modern, equipped affectionately, is located on the 5th floor with elevator. It is quiet and bright, with free Internet access. Only a few steps to the town hall park or the Volksgarten and you are out in the green. Underground station (U2 & U3), tram (J & 46), as well as taxi places are in the proximity. Many shopping facilities, a great variety of restaurants (low-priced up to high class), as well as 4 Vienna Cafés are located in the neighbourhood! Close sights: theatre, cabaret, art historical museum (old masters), natural history museum and museum quarter (modern). We offer free sauna, tanning bed and fitness room (after arrangement). 2 bicycles for 3 € a day each, can be rented – bicycle paths directly at the doorstep! Public garage (with costs) 50 meters. We will take effort, so that you can experience a nice holiday in Vienna!

The apartment „Vienna 52“ is located in the Auerspergstraße. Close to the town hall of Vienna, bordering the 1st borough. Coming from the highway South and West, just head to the centre (Zentrum) and turn left onto “2er Linie” heading to the city hall (Rathaus). Approx. 200 meters before the town hall of Vienna, the apartment is situated at the left side of the street, next to the “Palais Auersperg”! From the airport (approx. 25 minutes) highway heading to the centre (Zentrum) until Augartenbrücke, take a left and go straigt, take a right after the church Votivkirche and then left at the 2nd traffic light (approx. 500 meters), passing the town hall until Auerspergstraße. It is situated at the right side!

Liebevoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen

Die Angaben im Inserat treffen zu 100% auf diese schöne, ansprechende, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zu. Die Lage ist zentral, die Anbindung an U-Bahn und Straßenbahn ist hervorragend (knapp zwei Gehminuten! Die Haltestellen sind quasi in Sichtweite der Haustür). Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit Hund angereist und waren angetan vom selbstverständlichen Umgang der Vermieterin mit Hunden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist in allen Belangen hervorragend, die Vermieter haben an jedes Detail gedacht.
Auch die Betten sind hervorragend und die Wohnung ist - trotz der zentralen Lage - ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit großen Schränken ausgestattet, sodass auch eine umfangreiche Garderobe Platz findet.
Sehr hilfreich war für uns der Computer mit freiem Internetzugang.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns immer wieder dazu beglückwünscht, kein Hotelzimmer gebucht zu haben.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter.

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Angaben im Internet, wir waren angetan von der absolut geschmackvollen Einrichtung und dem sauberen und sehr gepflegten Zustand der Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr besorgt um unser Wohlergehen, was wir auch als angenehm empfunden haben. So stimmt schon der Sekt, der bei der Ankunft bereit steht, auf den Urlaub ein, einfach eine nette Geste. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, genauso wie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir hatten zwar nicht so gutes Wetter, aber Wien lohnt sich immer - und wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.
