Photos and Description of the Josefstadt vacation apartment rental

Modern apartment (1-4 people) in the centre of Vienna (close to the Vienna town hall, Ringstraße and parliament) modern, equipped affectionately, is located on the 5th floor with elevator. It is quiet and bright, with free Internet access. Only a few steps to the town hall park or the Volksgarten and you are out in the green. Underground station (U2 & U3), tram (J & 46), as well as taxi places are in the proximity. Many shopping facilities, a great variety of restaurants (low-priced up to high class), as well as 4 Vienna Cafés are located in the neighbourhood! Close sights: theatre, cabaret, art historical museum (old masters), natural history museum and museum quarter (modern). We offer free sauna, tanning bed and fitness room (after arrangement). 2 bicycles for 3 € a day each, can be rented – bicycle paths directly at the doorstep! Public garage (with costs) 50 meters. We will take effort, so that you can experience a nice holiday in Vienna!

Further information: Directly in Vienna: Freudenau and Wienerberg and surrounding Vienna there are multiple golf facilities! In case of interest we will be happy to find out something for you! There are also a lot of tennis facilities!

The apartment „Vienna 52“ is located in the Auerspergstraße. Close to the town hall of Vienna, bordering the 1st borough. Coming from the highway South and West, just head to the centre (Zentrum) and turn left onto “2er Linie” heading to the city hall (Rathaus). Approx. 200 meters before the town hall of Vienna, the apartment is situated at the left side of the street, next to the “Palais Auersperg”! From the airport (approx. 25 minutes) highway heading to the centre (Zentrum) until Augartenbrücke, take a left and go straigt, take a right after the church Votivkirche and then left at the 2nd traffic light (approx. 500 meters), passing the town hall until Auerspergstraße. It is situated at the right side!

That was really nice stay in Vienna for two couples.
Apartment is exactly as advertised: clean, modern, bright, quiet, well equipped and located in perfect spot for Vienna sightseeing. City center is within walking vicinity.
There is one good thing I'd like to add to the nice reviews below. Please note there is "Half Bath", so bedroom is quite independent in a sense. This may be handy when you're traveling with kids or friends.

Beautiful days in Vienna

We spent beautiful days in Vienna. We received high level of hospitality, apartments are situated in the silent center of the city with very convenient access to main attractions of Vienna by foot or public transport. There is possibility to use bikes and feel yourself as Viennese. Apartments are very cosy and stylish decorated. It is well equipped and has all necessary things you need.

Très bien situé et extrêmement calme

J'ai passé quatre nuits avec quatre enfants dans cet appartement extrêmement bien situé à Vienne, à deux pas du Museumsquartier et de la station de métro Volkstheater. Un supermarché est aussi au coin de la rue.
L'appartement n'a pas de vue (les fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour) mais est en contrepartie très calme. Il est propre et agréable. Un ordinateur avec un accès Internet est à l'usage des locataires. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et très serviables.
Je recommande cette adresse sans hésiter.

Wonderful Location!

Vienna is one of our favorite cities, and we were delighted to have this nice apartment near the Innere Stadt. The Rathaus U-Bahn stop is nearby, as are numerous great cafes, a supermarket, and pharmacy. (The Rathaus Cafe was our favorite.) It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the apartment, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There were even ice-cube trays for us ice-starved Americans! Frau Katharina was a great hostess, and her apartment and shop are right at hand if there are questions. For four adults, the apartment worked well, with each couple having private space and bathroom access. The apartment was much nicer than an expensive hotel room, and the location couldn't be better.

Great location, everything you need

This apartment is ideally located....very close to the Ringstrasse and all sights. It has a very large television for a rental, which was great for us since we stayed during the Olympics....

Katharina could not have been nicer in her correspondence with us and helped us tremendously with our trip. We used the bicycles that come for free with the apartment to explore Vienna. I would definitely stay here again.....
