Villa Palm Tree has gone through a total remodel in late 2012 and is now just being listed for your enjoyment. Relax as you enjoy views of the canal and sunsets that will take your breath away!

This is a great modern villa offering an abundance of luxury and amenities all at great value!! Take advantage of this peaceful retreat located in the beautiful yacht club area of Cape Coral. The quaint village-like atmosphere is famous for its selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping, not to mention the home it is within walking distance to the beautiful yacht club beach!

You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which boasts 1800 square feet and is a single floor plan, perfect for little ones or anybody who is uncomfortable with stairs. It includes a beautifully appointed master suite where you can relax in a king bed while enjoying the full entertainment system and a large tiled bathroom with separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

The large living room is open and inviting and connects through to the dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio creating a very comfortable living area for the whole family. The new kitchen has a full sized range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal, if that is what you so choose!

The living room is fully equipped with a two comfortable leather couches, lots of open and sunny windows plus a large flat screen television with full cable channels and CD/DVD player for those late nights watching your favorite movies. The dining room has a beautiful solid wood table with seating for 8. From the brand new laminate and high end ceramic tiles throughout the home to granite counter tops and high thread count linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms; this house does not miss a step. We found this beautiful home a great place to spend our time in Cape Coral, Florida. The owners were quick to respond to our many questions and always available to provide information and recommendations with a helpful and friendly attitude...great customer service. We loved staying at this home and it was exactly as described by owner. The location near the water definitely enhanced the "vacation" feel of this property. The home was totally immaculate everywhere we looked so it made us as comfortable as we are in our own home! Everything we needed was included in the home from the coffee maker to beach towels and chairs. It was great to have the washer and dryer too. There was plenty of parking for friends to visit and it was close to the beach (we walked it in 15 minutes) and restaurants. The new pool was beautiful and very relaxing to sit next too. Gentleman handling keys was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Home

We spent the month of January here. I don't know how it could have been any better. My first impression was how clean everything was. The home, pool and pool deck, furnishings, & appliances are very nice, & are exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We spent pleasant mornings on the patio drinking coffee, walked often to the yacht club beach. The rental boat was a great addition and allowed us a lot of fun and memories. The neighbors are friendly & the owners are always readily available to answer questions. We enjoyed grilling on the new gas grill & comfortably entertained family & friends. Without hesitation would recommend this rental home and we look forward to a return visit.
