This villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes drive from the centre of Estepona. The accommodation is on three levels; the front door leads to a reception area where there is a dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen. Also on this level there is a double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a single bedroom. From the hallway, stairs lead down to the lounge, the lounge has 2 areas, the TV area and a bar area with 2 wine chillers. A second staircase leads up to the upper floor suit comprising of the master double bedroom, on this level is a luxurious Jacuzzi bathroom with separate shower cubical. All the bathrooms have electric under floor heating. Double patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large sun terrace where there is a Gazebo. Steps from the terrace lead down to mature gardens set around the lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool that has romas steps, a poolside shower and an ipod docking station next to the pool.
