Fees And Taxes WE DO NOT KEEP THIS CALENDAR UP TO DATE. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.

We are looking foreward this winter to our third year in 2013 in unit 402 at Hacienda del Sol 1.
The unit is very comfortable and well maintained, as is the overall building and grounds.
The listing and photos give a very accurate description of the condo.The property is clean, comfortable and meets our needs.The kitchen is well equipped , bedroom spacious, and there is a large walk in storage closet which is great for golf clubs and suitcases.We love the balcony and our perfect oceanview.
The condo is on the "no drive" part of the beach, so it is great for our daily walks.
The owner has been very helpful with any concerns or needs we have had .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities
