Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed, 2 Bath. Sleep six (6)

Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Leave your car behind and walk to restaurants, shops, live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

Totally refurnished - ALL NEW furnishing and appliances, very clean, freshly painted. Sept 2012

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.

There is a dining area and living room that looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has leather furniture, queen sleeper sofa, and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a glass table with chairs and additional(2) bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with ALL NEW appliances and includes washer/dryer in kitchen.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

This is a NON SMOKING UNIT ***Not Pet Friendly****

We live in NJ with our teenage children. I grew up in NJ. My husband is a native Floridian. Enjoyed visiting often and long for the warm weather. Have vacationed here for over 20 years. Its our second home.

Lovely condo, nicely furnished. We felt at home immediately. Well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Beautiful view, easily access the beach through private beach entry. Quiet, but great access to downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants and clubs. The owner was wonderful to work with, extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We came to Cocoa Beach for a baseball tournament and never had stayed in the area before. We lucked into this unit that sits right on the beach and right next to a couple restaurants on the beach. There are many things within walking distance including restaurants, night life and shopping. The best thing however was the personal interest that the owner marisa took with our stay. She wasd always at the other end of the line for questions. In a nut shell, LOVED IT!

Very comfortable and roomy 2BR condo right on the beach; great location! We had a wonderful vacation and Marisa was the perfect host.
