Tucked away in a quiet old neighborhood yet close to the plaza makes this a great place to explore from and return to for a quiet evening. Private patio/garden fenced area for sitting out and enjoying our cool Taos evenings. Private, charming area. Excellent walking area.

This area is rich in history, art galleries, theatre, parks and areas to walk and enjoy. Thursday evening music on the plaza, events at the park, favorite local hang outs, unique shops and local color are all an easy walk in our cool evenings.

Great little studio. Great price. Clean, well maintained. Not too long of a walk to everything. Hot tub was in perfect working order. Shower is tiny- think RV. If you're over 6 foot you will probably have to stoop. I'm short so it was not a problem. Communication with owner- excellent. Would recommend to others. Overall very good!

Very nice apartment in walking distance to old Taos. For the price & location it was the perfect choice for a ski weekend. The place is very clean and well maintained. For a couple this is just the ticket, for a large family, might consider renting both apartments. A nice touch is the fencing around the patio, hot tub, and upper deck providing privacy for everyone. We definitely will consider staying here again.

This is a great little place for any couple who would rather spend their money on art than on lodging. So, it was perfect for us.

Within easy walking distance of the Plaza and the wonderful Michael's Kitchen.

It was clean and well-stocked. More than adequate for two, as long as you're not expecting the Four Seasons. I would be more than happy to return. Today even.

excellent stay in Taos

This studio in Taos is perfect for someone looking to set up a temporary home base in town. The location is perfect for walking all over town but located off a quiet residential street. Its also located on the north side of town for an easy drive out to Taos Ski Valley.
The listing description and photos are acurate - the property was very clean and adequately equiped.
The owner was very nice and accomodating - she came over right away to provide the few things I wasn't able to find after my arrival. She checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed but I also felt that I had plenty of privacy.
I will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment for a few days!

This was a great little apartment! Very clean. Great location. Lots of perks (internet, cable, etc...) for a bargain price. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing.
The only suggestion (but not necessary for the price) would be that I forgot a few things that I am used to having at a hotel (aka...hairdryer). Also, a letter or folder with apartment details (internet password, etc...) and a local map, etc...would be a nice touch.
But, NO complaints - just as advertised and Kate was great to work with! I would definately stay their again and recommend to anyone. Being able to take our dog was a HUGE plus and it was a perfect place for a pet with the tile floors.
