BOOK for WEEKEND (3 NIGHT MIN.), SHORT TERM, OR EXTENDED STAY!! This beautiful furnished cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Cottage is located in a private 13 acre wooded setting in the desirable South Asheville area, yet within minutes to downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway. This property offers a large front yard and a new deck in the back which is perfect for grilling and relaxing! There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Two bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen size bed with beautyrest mattresses are located on the main level. The full bath on the first floor is convenient to both bedrooms. The third bedroom is located upstairs with a private bath. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed with beautyrest mattress. Bathrooms are supplied with 2 rolls toilet paper, and plenty of towels and washcloths. The family room has a 42” flat screen TV with cable and remote control. From the family room French doors lead out to a cozy sunroom and deck off the sunroom. The sunroom is completely glass enclosed with a small table and chairs for morning coffee or just relaxing. The kitchen has a granite countertop, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and is completely stocked with pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker and utensils. The kitchen/dining area also opens into the sunroom and deck area. The deck has a gas grill, picnic table/chairs and has a nice view of woods and mountains. The cottage has free wireless internet access, and cable TV. A washer and dryer on the basement level are available for your use.
Western North Carolina is one of the most beautiful places on earth, and this cottage is centrally located to it all. The Blue Ridge Parkway (one of America’s favorite drives) is 10 minutes away, there are numerous spectacular waterfalls in the area and miles of hiking trails. The Biltmore House and downtown Asheville is 15-20 minutes away. Very convenient to the many restaurants and shopping in the area. This ideal location is just minutes to the Asheville airport, I-26 and I-40.

My family of 5 stayed at Pinner's Cottage for the first week of Christmas break. We found the house very comfortable and clean! It was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit and was close to grocery stores and many good restaurants. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our kids, who could escape into their own space when they wanted to. The WiFi worked wonderfully and the home was stocked with everything we needed, including laundry detergent! We also enjoyed having a garage to park in, since the weather was very cold while we were there. Noel and Frances were amazing hosts, checking on us to makes sure we had what we needed and providing us with tons of information regarding places to eat! We would definitely stay there again and recommend this rental whole-heartedly!
The house was incredibly clean! It actually is larger than it appears in the listing. The basement has a single car garage, but the remaining basement is huge, and we were able to store all 5 bicycles there plus a vehicle. The washer and dryer were new and large capacity. The 2 main floor bedrooms were very spacious and the beds super comfortable. The third bedroom upstairs also had a single bed in it in addition to the listed queen. That room is very large. The drive around the house was great for the kids riding bikes as it was paved, and not so steep that they couldn't maneuver it. The location is really quiet, but very convenient to all restaurants and shopping.
Myself and two friends stayed at Pinners Cottage as a base for our motorcycle adventures in the area and I can't speak highly enough of Francis and Noel who made our stay so pleasant. Booking the cottage was simplicity itself with plenty of communication with Francis who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived we were overjoyed to see that it is a lovely cottage in a wonderfully peaceful location and superbly maintained by the owners. Francis, knowing that we were motorcycling had put together a huge binder of possible routes for us to enjoy. We referred to the 'book' on a daily basis and enjoyed rides on the BRP, a trip to the 'Dragon' and many other routes the area has to offer. The layout of the cottage was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. The garage was a real plus so we could keep our bikes out of any adverse weather, although we had sunshine for most of our stay. I thoroughly recommend a vacation in this cottage and Francis and Noel will ensure your stay is a memorable one.
From booking through checkout, we were highly pleased with everything about this property. The owners are wonderful hosts. The house was immaculately clean and well-stocked. The property met our needs perfectly, as our party was made up of three generations--the layout with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor gave enough privacy but still was easy to navigate. We also enjoyed many hours in the charming and cozy sunroom. The pictures don't do it justice - It was a lovely home loaded with all the comforts. The owners were extremely easy to work with on the arrangements and we couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation!

Allowance for Electricity for Extended Stay is $200/mo. Any overage is to be paid by the Tenant.
50% Deposit is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks before check in.
$250 Refundable Security Deposit is due when balance of rental fee is paid.
There are no additional cleaning fees if home is left in general condition as found upon arrival.
